It is 10 steps to the 5,000 square foot 3-level infinity pool & beautiful gardens. Guests have access to the entire grounds and pool. You can take a short walk & access the #1 rated Gracebay Beach. Another short walk you can dine at Baci, Sharkbite, & Mango Reef restaurants. This condo is centrally located on the island.

This unit is located on the ground floor, accessible by stairs or ramp. It has a full kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave. There is a coffee maker (Caffitaly brand), kettle, blender and toaster. It is stocked with flatware, glassware, and all linens. There is a bluetooth speaker as well. For the beach & pool there are towels, chairs, umbrella & coolers.
