We were welcomed well even though our flight was delayed. The room was larger than expected and the bathroom had a recent update. This hotels breakfast is beyond compare and was a nice surprise. Great stay!

The beds were so comfortable. Tje breakfast that was included was amazing each morning. Was very impressed with the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Close to union square. Nice staff. Spacious rooms.

The hotel rooms are spacious (we stayed twice during our trip - 4 nights in a bay view room which had stunning skyline and distant bay views and 2 nights in an atrium view room which was smaller but still spacious). The bay view rooms are on the outside of the hotel so we could hear the clanking of the cable cars but this didnt keep us awake. The atrium room was very quiet. We didnt hear any noise from within the hotel in either rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The layout of the check in/reception was a bit odd - it looked like temporary work stations but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Its a short walk downhill to Union Square and places to eat but a slower walk back up! We really enjoyed the stay here and would recommend it. Its very convenient for the cable cars and China Town.
