Hotel Providence

Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. My only negative feedback is when I received my final invoice I was charged $12/day for valet service they do not provide. When I questioned the charge I was told I should have been charged $12/day for self parking instead. ...
