Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Welcome to Dover’s Den where Serenity meets Sunshine!! This newly renovated home is located on the Prosperity side of Lake Murray. Our private dock offers the perfect spot to catch tasty catfish, bass, and bream.

The entire house is newly furnished and full of amenities. The 3 -bedroom 4-bathroom lakefront home sits on a 1-acre lot and offers wall to wall windows that showcase breathtaking views in the public areas !!
The space
Imagine yourself sitting on the screen porch having morning coffee or breakfast as you watch the boats ride by. Additionally, you can take a nap on the outdoor furniture as you listen to nature and the water waves or watch TV. There is also an oversized outdoor deck space for grilling or entertaining. The oversized deck is equipped with a double style grill with both propane and charcoal options.

The large open floor plan in the living room has 2 swivel chairs that will allow you to view the lake as well as enjoy your guest in the living room. There is a 75-inch tv and Samsung sound bar for your entertainment. You may log into the tv with your personal streaming apps or use the cable network provided to browse cable channels. There is also a Bose Bluetooth speaker for guests to enjoy. The living room offers a queen pull out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.

The dining room offers a table that will seat up to 8 guests and a great lakeview. There is additional seating of 4 on the screen porch and additional seating of 4 on the large deck.

The kitchen offers all stainless-steel appliances and a 3 ft x 6 ft island with 3 barstools for extra seating for your guests. We include all the cookware and dinnerware essentials for your stay. Additionally, there is a blender and a coffee maker. In the hallway pantry you will find shelves for storing your groceries and a washer and dryer.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom and is equipped with fresh white bed and bath linens, a ceiling fan, and a 43-inch smart tv for streaming.

Primary Bedroom- Offers a King bed with Temper-pedic mattress, rustic wood bed frame, two nightstands, private closet, full length mirror and a dresser.

Bedroom # 2 Offers a Queen bed with Temper pedic mattress topper, two nightstands, full length mirror, a dresser, and a private closet.

Bedroom # 3 Offers Queen bed with Temper-pedic mattress topper, two nightstands, full length mirror, a dresser, and a private closet.

Please note: This house is very close to the water. Expect to see wildlife including birds, turtles, squirrels, ants, spiders, mayflies, fish and deer. Regular pest treatment is done both inside and out, but it is very easy for pests to slip in if the doors or windows are left open.
Guest access
This is a quiet residential area. You will have access to the whole home except the locked owner’s closet.
