Book a Prosperity Cottage

"This is a very nice property in a good location. We were there for 4 nights. We had requested a room away from elevators and ice machine but they put us in the room closest to both. Alesha was very helpful and moved us to a much better room on the 4th floor. However we were supposed to get housekeeping refresh after 2 days but never got any housekeeping in our room although we were promised 2 days in a row that they would come. The breakfast was from 6:00 - 9:00 but when we went down at 8:30 there was almost no food left. On our last morning we had to haul our luggage down 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was out of order. Although we liked the property we will not return."

"Our hotel room was dirty. The carpet was filthy. Thank goodness, the bed seemed to have clean linens, but that was the only redeeming quality. Breakfast offerings were minimal at best. The entry to the hotel is in dire need of power washing. The parking lot had lots of trash scattered around. There was not even one bench or place to sit outside. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel was clean and provided a nice continental breakfast that was needed to fit our schedule."

"Everything about this hotel is terrific, except for ONE thing: the coffee! I waited for a fresh pot. But what Ì got tasted bitter, perhaps burnt. Clean your coffee pots folks!"

"Initially I was given a room that was partially clean, however the staff immediately assigned another room. The bed was too soft for my liking butci dealt with it because it was just one night. Do not expect anything amazing for breakfast. In fact the Oj was watered down. Its not somewhere i would stay for a long period of time but for one night it was ok."

"The staff was really nice, but the property was not. There was the smell of marijuana in the elevators and a foul odor as though the sewer was backing up in the hallways.was not very happy with our stay ! We were booked there for 2 nights, but we end up only staying one night and lost out on our money for the next night. Because we refused to stay there another night! We have previously stayed at other holiday inn expresses and this one by far was the worst one!"

"Property was nice and clean. Restaurant was expensive with ok food. Room was very clean and had everything you need. The bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but that’s my opinion. "

"Although we didn’t get to enjoy it because of a bass tournament each day, it was a nice place to relax afterwards. Next time we visit lake Murray we’ll be sure to see if it’s available."
