"This was a perfect stay from the moment I walked through the door. I arrived at 10am, hoping to drop my bags and change for the beach before my 4pm check-in. They let me check in 6 hours early!!!! No fee. I didn’t even have to ask. Then I sat down to an absolutely delicious breakfast served by the delightful Cynthia, before settling into my big fluffy bed for a much needed nap after my 6am flight. It just kept getting better from there. The entire staff is unbelievably warm, friendly, and genuine. The food was excellent, and the accommodations on the beach (complimentary lounge chairs, towels, umbrellas, side tables and sunscreen all set up for you by a friendly beach attendant) made my time on their gorgeous beach feel totally luxurious. The beach bar and pool area were equally fabulous. I also really enjoyed Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. It’s laidback, unpretentious, quiet, and exactly what I was looking for in a getaway. I can’t say enough about this gem of a resort and I cannot wait to return. "
"Overall it was a wonderful stay! I am a local that wanted to do a single night staycation with my mom, a girls’ weekend. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the tiki bar and pool area. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t appealing so we went out for dinner. If I was to critique anything it would be the restaurant. It felt more like a cafeteria which would be good for breakfast in the morning however it lacked the type of dining vibes that most would appreciate while enjoying dinner. "
"I ready did enjoy everything it that the housekeeper took my dirty towel an didn’t replace them an when I ask her for towels she state with attitude that I have to call front desk I state why I have to call them when you should have replaced them back I did my job walk away smh that was my second problem I had ants in my room needed to be sprayed thank you"
