Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Duluth North, MN
8/10 Good
"We loved everything about the place other than the water slide was out of service. That is the main reason we came here. Our 3 small grandchildren wanted to stay somewhere that had a slide. They were more disappointed than I was. I wish someone would have told us ahead of time. They said they called and left a message, but I only could understand the first couple of words of the message and didn’t hear anything about a broken water slide. They Had my E-mail could have contacted me that way. Very disappointed."
"We love the location and atmosphere of the Radisson and have lots of great family memories there. We found the front desk staff friendly and helpful and had the best view of the harbor ever.
Our only disappointment was the 360 restaurant. The menu was limited, the service was slow and the food seemed like it was prepared elsewhere, frozen, and heated up for our dinner."
"The pool area and the bedroom doors off the poor area need cleaning and painting.
The beds, breakfast, customer service and cleanliness of bedrooms was great. There are no elevators and their are steps to get to breakfast and pool."
"We star here every year and have always have satisfied with our stay. There is a Keik trip, restarant, and liquor store literally a few feet away. Not a pretty area for taking a walk though. It is very close to the interstate which we like. "
"Parking can be tough late on a weekend night. Staff was beyond great. Late night dining options (after 1030 or so) limited to Old Chicago next door. Hoops Brewery put their front entrance is definately worth quenching your thirst at.
Beds were comfy, not too soft but not a slab of wood either. Rooms were clean and well laid out. Had zero issues!"
