"We stayed for two nights and I wish it could have been longer! The whole experience was seamless, professional, friendly and easily the best stay I've had anywhere in years. Marianna was the best host anyone could ask for. She is not only atrentive she is also so warm and friendly. "Definitely a very unusual and extremely interesting accommodation option. Staying in a largely intact former very significant monastery was, from a historical perspective, fascinating. We travel a lot and stay in many upscale hotels, but nothing quite like this. Highly recommended!"

"Ce lieu est exceptionnel, nous avons profité d'une magnifique chambre, d'un jardin avec la pelouse la plus douce que j'ai touché, et une piscine magnifique, avec des transats très confortables. "My family and I stayed for a week at Le Zarafe. The owners were all very friendly. The rooms were all of a good size, even the singles had double beds, and were cleaned every day. There was a good variety of toiletries and a non-slip mat in the shower which I appreciated. Breakfast was very generous and the menu varied each day. The only drawback for me, as an older visitor, was the swimming pool did not have a safety rail to assist getting in and out, but the pool area was very clean and there were plenty of loungers and parasols, there was also a shaded area with tables and chairs to sit in the evening or when it was too hot."
