"I am not sure there are any views that surpass High View - and all ours for a week! We loved the little town and the ability to “walk down the little path” to the town for dinner. The locals were so friendly - my husband talked to a neighbor every day on his walk. Then she knocked on our door with some dried figs from the tree we had been walking by.! Fantastic place to relax."

"Wonderful quiet location, 15 mins drive from Vela Luka. Nadija and Peter made us so welcome, thank you. The island is scenic and beautiful and Korcula town well worth a visit. Would thoroughly recommend but car hire fairly essential, but easy to arrange through agencies in Vela Luka. We hope to return!"

"El departamento es muy bonito, limpio y con una vista alucinante. En términos generales fue una excelente elección sin embargo dos problemas grandes existieron: el primero es que NADIE sabe las direcciones en el pueblo y fue dificilísimo encontrar el lugar aún preguntándole a la vecina!! Eso fue increíble. Y nos cruzamos con Jasenka de casualidad pero luego si no nos preocupa no hable nada de inglés está todo bárbaro! "

"Our visit here was amazing! I was hesitant at first because the location of the hotel is more towards the middle of the island, but I’m so glad we did this because it ended up being our favorite part of our two week trip to Croatia! It was a nice break from the chaos of the touristy towns. We worked with the hotel for a transfer from the Korcula ferry port to the hotel. "This is an average place if you are passing. The check and it was horrible. The girl that took us to our apartment didn’t speak much English, which was OK but it did add to confusion.
