I had a wondeful time at this hotel (1/20-1/24/2026). The staff was polite, friendly and always ready to help. Room was clean and stylish exacly like the photo. The location is perfect: quiet and peaceful. And the same time not far from popular places. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room needed some attention. Multiple handles (sink, shower door, toilet paper holder, bathroom door) were all loose and in different stages of coming off. Was placed 2 doors down the hall from the elevators and you could hear them 24/7. Staff was nothing note writing about, not rude but not exactly happy to have you either (check in, PF Chang, Starbucks or Casino floor). As with any hotel in Vegas now the resort fees are a JOKE.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
