Villa Rea 1 is fully air-conditioned and offers you 166 m2 of living space, while the total area of ​​the property is 500 m2. It is ready to open its doors and provide accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. On the upper floor you will comfortably accommodate in 3 bedrooms with a double bed. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, and you can use two more bathrooms. A separate toilet and a washing machine will also be very useful. A baby cot is available upon request.

On the ground floor there is a beautifully decorated and modern kitchen equipped with everything that will help you prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. There is also a dining room with a dining table, and right next to it is a living room that will be an ideal place for evening gatherings with your favorite movies, and includes a sofa and TV.

The most beautiful place in the entire facility is certainly the beautiful outdoor terrace with a heated swimming pool (salt water) measuring 36 m2. A jacuzzi and a waterfall are attached to the pool. Next to the pool are sun loungers, a parasol and garden furniture. There is also a dining table and a barbecue on the outdoor terrace.
