"A true diamond of the Umbrian countryside. This beautifully maintained historic property overlooks woodland and fields. "Brilliant air conditioning and working fridge, good shower essential in extreme heat.Opposite train station and bus stop, so good for travelling.The staff are very good and breakfast is plentiful with great coffee.Not four star though, no WiFi except in reception area and limited facilities .If you want luxury this is not for you but for a clean bed while exploring the area ok. The hotel is dated but for the price you can't complain although some people do!"
