We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and taking the train into Freiburg was very easy and made our time lass stressful as we didn't need to worry about driving. "We really enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. We were stopping over on our way to a skiing holiday. We had booked a family room and it was great. The staff were very welcoming, with a quick and efficient check in/out. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast, both were top notch. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to revisit in the future. "
