"The property was nice, pet friendly and had all the amenities you would expect for a short term house rental. The fire pit was fun to utilize and the balcony provided a great area to relax and have drinks outside. Definitely a very nice rental and had room for the 12 of us. We had 2 minor issues, VRBO didn’t send the check in details, so we needed to reach out to the property manager, which delayed the check in and was a little frustrating.There were cockroaches that were found inside the property. It’s not that big of a deal with the property being in a flood plain and cow pastures near by it was just shocking when we weren’t expecting it. We cleaned often, hand washed all items and stored food in the fridge. "

"The interior of the house was really nice. There was an abundance of towels, dishes, silverware, coffee, cleaner, just about everything, minus a big pot for boiling corn on the cob. The beds were so comfortable and soft but not too soft. Especially after a day of digging, they were so good to sleep on to recuperate. The pillows were extra fluffy and felt like a cloud! The bedding was soft and clean too. They had plenty of closet space and dresser drawers for your clothes. There was a grill and there was coals left, so we used those and replaced them with a new bag. There wasn't a lighter anywhere, so I would recommend one just for that grill. Directly next door to the house was a beautiful field with wild blackberry bushes and roaming horses. It is 3 minutes from Crater of Diamonds. So we were able to get there and into the park fast. My only gripe: The yard desperately needed TLC. I was picking up styrofoam from the front yard and neighborhood trash to kind of help out for the next people to rent."

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable, nice toiletry items provided. Staff was welcoming. Breakfast was really, really great, and staff there was welcoming as well. The swimming pool looked inviting, but we did not come prepared to swim. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice room at a fair price."

"The stay and everything else was great. There’s one problem i was on the first floor and the house cleaning crew was very loud. I will not stay on the first floor again."

"Motel is an older property, but it is well maintained. The rooms were very sufficient and comfortable. The property outside was well maintained. The continental breakfast needs a little help. But all in all, I would absolutely stay there again."

"The room was clean, the air conditioner worked. But, big gap under the door, homeless were set up in the back of the hotel, questionable clientele loitering around the area. You want a place to lay your head and sleep for a couple of hours then leave, this will do. Fast food is within walking distance, too."
