"Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. There is an amazing breakfast buffet. There is a spa or cooking classes by the chef which need to be reserved in advance. It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or surrounding towns. We also drove to the oldest winery in Sicily for a tour, tasting, and lunch."

Frukosten helt ok. Synd att äggröra, bacon mm inte hölls tillräckligt varmt. Middagarna var mkt fina och med varierande rätter. OBS! Vi hade halvpension. "Where do I begin. If you don't speak italian don't come here. Staff is not the friendliest. Was here for a wedding for a week. It's long term living. So what can you say. It's apartment style. If you are used to 5 stars definitly not for you. If you like camps with lots of kids and families. This is for you. They have it all yoga, meditation, exercise classes in water and out. Don't look forward to the coplimantary breakfast. Needs to be booked 2 days in advance. Better off going somewhere...

Chosen on the basis that we were arriving late and they had a manned late night reception. From our quick impression, gardens seemed charming and breakfast was nice.
