Great location, spacious room and comfortable beds!

Everything was excellent except two things. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the elevator was so full on the way down. Every time it stopped to get us there was no room. After 4 attempts at this we just had to take the stairs down. So my advice is get a high floor. Also to use the electric in the room you have to plug in your room key right on the wall once you walk in. The front desk lady didn’t tell us this. Took a while to figure out.

The Lombardy is a residential hotel. Therefore all the rooms are different. Some are really nice and others are super dated. Be sure to ask for a modern room! The staff is really lovely. The location can not be beat if you are looking for midtown east convenience. I would absolutely go back!

Clean room and staff were really nice and friendly

The ambiance is great! However they need more staff during the busiest hours and days the lines are long for a ready made breakfast. I ordered Champagne and strawberries with chocolate and whip cream I waited for over two hours from my scheduled time, I called down to the front desk several times while trying to enjoy our celebration. Very disappointed then magically the phone in our suite stopped working so I had to use my cell phone to call and cancel it. Drinks at both bars were great but be ready to spend. The staff at the restaurant and bar were great! The breakfast was not good however dinner was really nice and the chef came out and greeted us. The suite was lovely and clean, overall the hotel was clean and beautiful. The elevator was chaotic and had a line I want to note this was during Valentines Day weekend and one elevator was out of service so we had one to use to go up. I believe the other was being used for something not sure entirely. The parking garage is within walking distance and the hotel has a discount you can use upon checking out.
