I wanted to accept this as a lower-priced motel 6 place just to sleep for the night, but there were cobwebs in the bathroom, the tub was grimy, and honestly the sheets did not look fresh...

The room was clean and relatively in good shape, but the property was horrendous. There were old empty buildings that were in terrible shape all around the building we were staying in. There also seemed to be old industrial equipment laying around. This would be a much better place if they just straightened up around the property.

The Hotel was very noisy with other occupants talking very loudly till late at night. Large dogs in a neighboring room continued to bark throughout the night The lighting in the parking lot was terrible and I worried my vehicle would be broken into

This site is under heavy renovation and Irbitz did not warn me. Lobby is closed and had to check in at another building a few hundred yards away. Check in employee was not friendly and gave directions to yet another building. This room may have renovated but is still very tired and old. I have stayed in much better rooms for half the price.

I stayed at this motel 6 from a Friday night until early Sunday morning. You have to be careful when you’re driving in on the property and exiting since they’re doing construction. The first night I was there, a fight was happening with a man and woman in the back of the building where I was staying, so two patrol cars were present to de-escalate the situation this happened around 11 pm. On early Sunday morning around two am the fire alarm went off sounding and the fire department and police department came to handle the situation. It took about 45 minutes. Then guests were aloud to enter inside and I went back to sleep. Another noise disturbance was a man was roaming around in the hallway yelling. I called the front desk and no one picked up. I checked out early at 7am because I unfortunately did not have a pleasant stay

The staff was excellent great customer service and property was neat. I feel like within one hour of checking out the price in the area the price changed dramatically but beside that all was good. Lots of ongoing construction around the property

staff was amazing and helpful. You get what you pay. Property is super old and should need serious consideration of upgrades. Poor lighting in parking lot, folks were drinking beer in parking lot. Room had torn carpet, visible mold on shower, tiles were rattling while you walk and squeshy floor, thin walls. Some one next room were banging at middle of night for almost 30mins. that woke up kid and couldnt sleep afterwards. Hotel staff were helpful and helped w/ cancel rest of reservation

We have stayed here before. I don’t need fancy just convenient and clean. It always was -until this time. Room was dirty. Walls around microwave area all splattered with something brown and sticky. Also wall behind head of bed and over near table. Had requested a first floor room when I booked in April and couldn’t accommodate me. Front desk staff seemed disinterested in customers. There was no do not disturb tags and when we got back after going out our toweled and washcloths were taken and no replacement washcloths left for us-we were told they had none

The rooms were larger than expected with a mini-fridge and microwave. The rooms need updating and a thorough scrubbing. There had been some updates in the bathroom but the shower curtain wasn't hung level which unfortunately meant that the water from the shower did not stay in the shower.

The hotel had a massive hole in the bathroom over the tub and shower unit , a couple of roaches appeared. Overall it was a business trip and the room served its purpose.

Hotel was dirty, walls had stains on them and the floor constantly had a feeling of stickiness. Wife woke up with what looked like bites on her. (Three in a row, similar to bedbugs), however we did not see any, so we can’t be certain that it wasn’t something else. Hotel staff was friendly but during our stay there was several police that were lined up outside the hotel and (what seemed to be) raiding a room. We won’t be returning to this particular hotel. On a positive note, the hotel was quiet and prices were cheap. Room service is offered daily. I would say if you absolutely have no other options, it’s at least a place to rest your head.

Needed a place to stay after seeing a concert at the PNC Bank Arts Center and when my husband and I got to the property around midnight it was a little confusing since there is a motel and then in the back is the Motel 6. Once we parked we were greeted at the front desk and the gentlemen was very friendly and we went up to our nice sized room. The room itself was very nice except for the various unknown stains on the floor and the air conditioner did not seem to keep cool during the night even though we had it on the highest setting. When we checked out we found a box of pills near our vehicle.

We arrived late after informing the staff of our travel delays and they kindly waited for us. This property and our room was in very poor condition with frayed,dirty carpet and dirty walls. The sheets did not smell fresh and were sandy. Towels were old, cheap and stained. We would never stay here again.

Our room was spectacular, almost felt like it was brand new. But the outside area left alot to be desired. People hanging out outside the area that I don't think even belonged at the hotel and kids pushing each other around in shopping carts all day. Something just didn't feel right about the area outside of the hotel. But the room was definitely clean and new.

Being a Las Vegas and Atlantic City avid traveler, this question is totally not fair. I'll give you my best opinion: If your an avid investor of development - you will love this property. The location is positively gorgeous. You are a 5-minute drive from Shopping or Downtown. I never know about the property I am staying in until I check-in. I am very happy to say - The cleanliness is always "Bar-None"❤
