The staff that checked us in were extremely pleasant and helpful. When we arrived they were assisting an older couple who had a lot of questions about the area and they were extremely patient, polite and informative. One stopped and attended to us. Check in was a breeze. The staff the next morning were cheerful and everyone was very accommodating and attentive to the guests.
The room could use a tad bit touching up and painting in some areas, but nothing too concerning.
We would stay there again.
Room was clean and comfortable. Price was better than most locations. Lots of restaurants within walking or quick drive from the hotel.
We did not take advantage of the amenities, except for the breakfast which was satisfactory -- pretty much what you get at any hotel that offers a "free" breakfast.
Overall the property was good. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows may need replacing. It was good that breakfast was available every day, but there should be a bit more variance in what is served if possible. I know space is limited and it may not be possible to add a more varied menu.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The AC unit was not working properly. The fan would blow for a couple minutes then stop. The room ended up being rather stuffy all night long. It was also a handicapped accessible room, but the handheld shower head would not work and the shower itself leaked all over the bathroom floor due to poor design. We expected so much better from a Hampton. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast provided… just like most of your competitors.
Breakfast menu was varied and fresh. Coffees were excellent. The attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff made all the difference. Our check-in with Anthony started our stay off in such a positive way. Perfect person for the front desk.
We unfortunatly got one of our bed full inside and out of dog hair with the cover upside down! The staff was good about coming the next morning and made a clean bed.
This hotel was a convenient stop as we were traveling through the area. Easy access to the interstate, gas stations and restaurants. We were greeted warmly and the room was clean and bright with comfy beds. Breakfast was hot with a good variety.
