Elevator was out of service due to repairs. Room had a strong odor of curry, stains in the carpet, and found small cockroach in the kitchen. Only stayed for one night and reported these issues to the friendly front desk staff, who assisted in refunding my stay.

The room was basic and adequately clean; there was only one trash can. There were no bedside plugs for charging electronics. There was no coffee or tea in the room. No cups or plates were provided in the kitchen area. But the most upsetting thing was that they advertise breakfast but only provided a "grab and go" that consisted of a few sugary granola bars, some sugary packaged muffins, and some packaged oatmeal. We counted on having breakfast, we paid for breakfast, we were in a hurry, and this was extremely disappointing and caused delays in our trip because we had to find a place that offered breakfast. They should be ashamed of themselves for advertising themselves as a place that offers breakfast. Most hotels and motels have a small 24 hour coffee bar with granola bars and serve an additional breakfast in the morning, which can be as little as some yogurts, bagels and cream cheese, cold cereal and milk. This is false advertising.

The rooms and hallways smelled of cigarettes and weed and our room was incorrect and they put us in a smaller room

Already noted, no elevators no courtesy from the front desk staff deliberately given 3rd floor room at 3 am knowing the baggages would be heavy to carry from the stairs. Rooms were damn smelly (smoky) lots of noise sroung the rooms.

It was ok for a last minute decision. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night. The other guests staying were a little sketchy and seemed to be involved in questionable activities.

Housekeeper knocked 8am and asked me if need anything and office called to room if I want to extend stay. I could not sleep well, has to be waked up. There is no sign (no distributing). this has to be fixed

First room assigned was not ready and had to be reassigned to another room. Room was in 3rd floor but elevator was broken and they couldn’t give us a room in the lower floor even though we had bad knees and a dog crate. Bed was broken, window did not close , elevator not working, side entrances were not locked.

Okay so I’m making this review to help people choose weather to stay at this place or not. There was red stains on the side of the bed I don’t wanna make assumption and think it was blood but it might or might not be. The place smelled like ciggerets even though it’s a no smoking hotel people don’t respect that clearly. The AC was not working we had to open the windows and the elevator was not working even though they said it would work by mis December and it’s the end and was annoying to bring everything up and down the stairs. Other then that it was very quiet.
