This is an outstanding home in pristine condition in one of the most upscale parts of Princeton. It is ideal for families with children with its five bedrooms, one with a bunkbed, a pool table room on the upper level, a video game arcade room on the walkout basement level, and huge backyard. Checkin and checkout were seamless.
We were a family and really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is huge, still warm and welcoming. It has a pool table, air hockey and pac man which the kids really enjoyed. We were there during fall and the colors in the estate were beautiful. We would spend a lot of time on the patio and watch the colors, sunset, and deers in the morning. It is an oasis just 5 minutes from Princeton downtown, very easy to get around. The host was very responsive and helped us through the stay. There are 2 coffee makers which was amazing.
This is a charming and well-appointed property that facilitated an amazing getaway for a family trip. The property itself is beautiful and the listing was accurate. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host, Anvita, was very responsive to our messages both prior to and during our stay and was available to answer any questions we had. It snowed during our stay which allowed for some fun memories with our children, however, the snow removal from the driveway did not occur as promptly as we would have expected and required us to r each out to Anvita to have it addressed. Also, the mattresses in the home are very firm. If someone in your group is particularly sensitive to this, I recommend bringing a mattress topper for comfort. Overall, we were very pleased with this home and the service we received.
The property was absolutely amazing, it was close to the downtown (5 mins) and still felt like a private oasis. We stayed here with a full family and kids, they absolutely loved it and we will be coming back!
The pac man as well as pool table make it fun when staying indoors. We saw deer’s in the neighbourhood in the morning. The area around the property is private and lot of space to enjoy with friends and family.
The place was clean and everything was brand new. The property seems brand new with the latest appliances, large patio and deck, all new furniture and two varieties of coffee machine. Anvita was a responsive host and answered all our questions promptly.
This property was ideal for hosting our family, including grandparents, for Princeton University graduation. Plenty of bedrooms and a large kitchen and dining table to accommodate family meals. Comfortable seating in the living room. Overall, the property was very nice—although there were a few quirks: for example, there are not enough large pots and pans for cooking nor are there enough silverware or plates for large groups. Glassware, including wine glasses, was good, but again not quite enough for the stated capacity. The ventilation in the bathrooms is generally bad, and you can see the ceiling paint peeling in some places. You have to open the windows, and there are no fans.We used the microwave, oven, stove, and gas grill for cooking and enjoyed the fire pit and deck seating. Keurig coffee maker and full size coffee maker were good to have as well as KitchenAid mixer. The neighborhood is really lovely, quiet, and convenient to the University—driving not walking.Overall, would recommend this property for a large group.

Not what it appears to be
This house is in a great location and a very nice neighborhood. The house has tons of potential, but there is a huge disconnect from the cleaning people to the property manager. The house was NOT clean. Wet coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, trash was left in upstairs trashcan, silverwear left in dishwasher, leaves and debrit on floors, the dryer was full of lint (like fire hazzard full), rottting lemon was left in the drawer fridge, dead bug with a yellow drop of something on downstairs bathroom floor, dead bugs all over the master bathroom tile wall (it appears someone sprayed bug spray and did not wipe them off when they died). Not enough silver wear for 4 people. The house is not equipped properly at all for guests. No real pillows in master for sleep, no closet space to hang clothes and no dresser in master. They left a comforter balled up on the floor with one pillow case. The kitchen needs way more cooking supplies. Everything is very cheap and low quality. I wasn't able to cook for my family. Pans are very small as if cooking for one person. There is just an empty space in the kitchen, no breakfast table. Both french doors are broken. One won't stay shut unless it's locked and there is some piece of cardboard holding it together. The other side is missing the bottom seal so bug (crawling and flying) enter in. Complaints to the property manager fell on deaf ears. She could care less. There was tags still on many items including furniture.
