I'm an early riser and was very disappointed not to find coffee in the lobby. A stocked Keurig in the lobbly would have been fabulous and solved this problem. I talked to the staff at the front desk and I didn't like the lack of concern toward me. He told me there was a Keurig in my room, but clearly I didn't want to wake my spouse before 5am. This seems like an easy problem to solve, but it wasn't, making an unhappy guest and lower rating for Marriott.
