It was the worst hotel I can ever remember. There was black mold in the hallway on the second floor. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold, there were cigarette holes in the couch. I booked a non smoking room. The bed sheets were clean but had stains. The a/c heater wasn't working right. The elevator was inop. We were supposed to stay two nights. We didn't. Where is the board of heath?

Property was convenient, that is all that was good. Place was terribly dirty, lobby looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for some time. Paper on the floor. Outside looks nice, but once you come into the lobbty, dirty, old car seat in the front, long dirty corridor to get to rooms. Once inside the room, toilet kept running all night and making noise. Luckily there was a door, so I could close it. Keurig coffee maker did not work. Just water spattering all over the place. Would never stay here again.

The elevator was broken. The bathroom door didn’t latch, there were no vegetarian breakfast options only sausage egg biscuit to go package. Carpets dirty in halls and lobby. Room next to ours was broken door knob and mattress against window. Our room smelt musty. Microwave didn’t work right. Mini fridge was only a freezer throughout, would not get Warmer than freezer level. Cabinet door was stuck and the one bed tilted/ rocked. Also booked a room with 2 queen beds and believe I got 2 double/ full beds instead. I would not recommend this hotel.

The sandwiches were Jimmy Dean Microwave and you had to my get them at the desk. The bathroom looked like it needed renovating but otherwise the room was nice.

Horrendous
My family and I stay was abosolutly horrible. When we checked in a $150.00 deposit was required and not disclosed in the disclosure. There was no restaurant/ lounge at the location. There was a musty smell throughout the room. Room service never changed our sheets nor took out the trash. The Tv didn't work or the phone. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a bewildered dog.

Positive: The room was clean, spacious and well lighted. The bedding was very comfortable. TV excellent. Thanks for Wi-Fi. Room rate much lower through web-sites and very reasonable. Don't book through the hotel. Negative: Offered a room on the third floor. There was an elevator but it didn't work so I was glad to get a room on the first floor. Great Keurig coffee machine in the room but no coffee. Vending machine for water and soda but none in it. Room heater and AC unit did not work. Large space unit provided both - very strange. Urn of coffee in the breakfast room in the AM. - thanks. Espresso machine and juice machine not in use. Wondering if all this is usual Clarion standards.

This property was in a state of disrepair and should not be referred by Expedia. Had I not arrived late at night and already prepaid, I would have left.

Good for 1 night
Front desk staff were friendly upon check-in and check out. Room served it's purpose as a place to sleep after attending an event. The room was clean but hotel would benefit from updating and deep cleaning. Our room was near an exit and the exit door did not lock/close completely. It wasnt loud nor did we feel unsafe but it was where people congregated to smoke. Overall an okay place to crash for a night.

This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve eve
This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in! The rooms were immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and considerate. Highly recommend this hotel if you were in the area. Can’t imagine there’s a better one out there.

Check-in was disturbingly chaotic, due to external circumstances, and although this was not the fault of the hotel, I wished the staff or management had done something to acknowledge the circumstances and perhaps attempt to alleviate the situation somehow. There was no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways on the very hot day when I arrived. When I got to the room, there was a fist-sized hole in the wall, as well as hair in the bathtub, both of which I found somewhat unsettling. I did not mind staying for one night, but I would not want to stay again.

the worst ever dont stay here!!!!!
terrible pool wasnt what was pictured online. door handles were broke tv and microwave broken. gave us a frozen breakfast sandwich in the morning had no way to heat it up. people were in lawn chairs drinking by our door i said awake all nite to make sure noone came in the room i had my child with me!!

Very patient front desk staff: They tried, they really tried, to fix my room's air-conditioning---that's why I was there in the first place---then they finally let me change to a different room where the A/C was just fine.
