"The facilities of the hotel are excellent. The only shame is the woodland cabins appear to be removing the kids playground. The reception staff at check in weren't very helpful, we had a tiring train journey and just needed a run around for the boys but they suggested outside of the hotel, they didn't realise they had a playground. Outside of the hotel, little Switzerland is lovely in the woods but there needed better pedestrian access from the hotel. The pool indoors is great, we had kids so couldn't g outside, but meant the indoors was great for the kids. The robot was a bit of a shame, we wanted to use for ice cream but if the phone is on mute you won't know it's there and we ended up with it an hour late, melted and no refund. Restaurant in the hotel - all the food is lovely, very tasty and something for most people."

"Mooi luxe vakantiewoning, gunstig gelegen in de bossen zeker met warm weer.Stijlvol ingericht en voorzien van alles. Koffiezetapparaat is echter geen filterapparaat maar een Dolce Gusto met alleen deze cups. Vriendelijke eigenaar, goed contact . Klein probleem met de vaatwasser maar dit werd direct opgelost.Centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes. Ook voor wandelen en fietsen prima uitvalsbasis."
