"Our room was paid for but we came in the last flight delayed making it very late. I did contact hotel to let them know and the desk clerk was very friendly and reassuring. When we arrived the front desk was great He made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We had a great stay of 9 nights and enjoyed a very good dinner at the restaurant on site one night. The housekeeping on the rooms was excellent."
