"Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights. Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"

"Pros: Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Lage toll. Cons: Hatte mir schon die Mühe gemacht eine Längere Ausführung zu schreiben, aber die Begrenzung auf 1000 Zeichen ließ dies nicht zu. Kurz gesagt: Die Kommunikation ist Katastrophal. Adresse wurde uns erst herausgegeben nachdem wir absurde nicht vereinbarte Nebenkosten gezahlt haben. Die Stornofrist war mittlerweile abgelaufen, weil wir uns erst sehr spät mit der Anfahrtsvorplanung beschäftigt und dementsprechend nach der Adresse gefragt haben,...

"The service at the hotel was excellent: very friendly and helpful personnel. The hotel has a great location, just few minutes from Campologo ski lifts with very efficient ski shuttle service. Nice restaurants with very attentive personnel, and the spa section was good after long day of skiing. "
