I called that I would be late, I requested a king bed got 2 queen and I signed up for express check in that didn’t work and then only 2 people doing Check in at 12am on 2/14 and had to wait over a hour, no apologies and just no acknowledgment of the problem or long wait

It was like renting a one bedroom apartment in a nice apartment complex it wasn't the most luxurious place it wasn't the most expensive but for what it was the price where it is compared to the strip and anything else we were 10 to 15 minutes away from everything had a great stay
