"Great location: 10 minutes walk from a boulangerie and 20 mins drive to a beach. Downstairs: initial impression good as it is spacious, airy and well-equipped, we liked the local apple juice and crepes. Upstairs good but needed more storage and pillows. There were no towels which was a bit of a shock as we have stayed in at least 15 French properties and think all had towels provided (used our beach towels at first, then bought some locally). The pool was great and felt quite luxurious. The garden could do with some comfortable furniture. Otherwise the gite had lots equipment, kitchen especially. The host communicated mostly by text, but happy to keep in touch. Thankfully his English is a lot better than our French! Overall a very good place to stay and good value (late final payment date was appreciated.)"

"Friendly and very comfortable hotel with a double room with a lovely view over the harbour. Lots of restaurants along the harbour front including the hotel restaurant below the hotel serving excellent French cuisine. Nice beach a few minutes walk. Parking nearby was no problem in mid September. Would go back to that hotel as we really enjoyed it. Highly recommend. Location is fabulous if you want to be in amongst the activity both local and visitors."
