"The room was cleaning and smelled great. The 4th floor housekeeper did a great job. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels received daily. Parking was same level as our room along with roof top pool access. The beach was just a short walk away. "

"This is a new frills,, close to the beach, hotel with great access to restaurants and other attractions on the Rehoboth Boardwalk.Great side view of the ocean from the balcony and easy access to get on the beach. Staff were super friendly and allowed us to check in early since the room was available. Would definitely stay here since it’s an incredibly good value for the money."

They were even cleaning the deceptive pillows the day we checked out. The beach and village are not even a 10 minute walk down the street. They puget a continental breakfast daily and 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Definitely a good find! Will stay again. "
