My family had a great stay at this home, which was nicely furnished and had plenty of room for all of us to hangout and sleep comfortably in between boating out of Priest Lake Marina and visiting both Hills and Elkins Resorts. There was lots of room for parking, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a big dining room table for meals and board games. We hope to stay here again soon!
Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the few days we stayed. Bonus points: the check out procedures were easier than the last few short term rentals my wife and I stayed at.
Communication by the management company and owner was thorough and prompt. The property was well located between Elkins and Hills, so we were able to explore much of the west and south sides of Priest Lake without having to drive far.
Definitely recommend staying here!
The cabin is well situated in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, sheets, etc. The property manager was extremely helpful when we had questions. It's an older property that's been well kept up. Would definitely stay here again.
The house is amazing to stay at. It is so close to the water without being on the water. The ability to walk or bike down to our boat and around the neighborhood makes this an ideal place for families. The yard is huge and a great play place for kids to play with frisbees, or tee-ball. We cannot wait to come back and hopefully this house is available. The property manager was also very nice and available for anything that we may have needed.
Close to Luby Bay public swim area and Ledgwood Day Use Area. Both good swim and picnic beaches. House was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Enjoyed our stay.
Thanks to the great communication with the owner beforehand, every answer I had was answered and I was able to enjoy my stay that much more! Easy to find, quiet, quaint, lots of fun outside activities and just all around the perfect place for a winter getaway! Thank you for letting me rent your cabin for the weekend! See you in summer!

Great location!
Great location! Near Hill's Resort, Priest Lake Marina, Millie's and other businesses in "downtown" Priest Lake. House was comfortable and well furnished with linens, kitchen equipment and laundry. Plenty of parking. No wi-fi though. If you are looking for affordable lodging and not needing anything fancy, this is a good choice.
Women's Healing Retreat. We had a lovely 2.5 days of laughing, cooking, sharing and enjoying ourselves in this lovely lake cabin. The is a quiet location. Walking distance to the gorgeous Priest Lake. Plenty of privacy in the backyard. Which was large and provided lots of space for us to do yoga outdoors, eat meals, sit and chat without worrying about neighbors. There was plenty of parking. The cabin itself was clean with extra supplies not usually provided in most rentals. For example, coffee filters, paper towels, disinfectant hand soap, DW pods, laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner. The beds were comfortable and the sheets soft. There was plenty of room for the 3 overnight guest as well as day visitors to enjoy and move about freely without bumping into each other. We could spread our wings! And we did, it was a healing weekend because of the company and the relaxing, charming environment of the cabin.
the house was more than adequate, clean, and comfortable. The lake is simply gorgeous, and plenty of good food within 15 minutes of house.

Comfortable lake house
This is our second time staying at this Priest Lake cabin. It is very comfortable and well stocked with everything we need to show up and start enjoying out vacation. Close to the lake and convenient location to enjoy the outdoors.
The property is just a quick 2 minute drive from priest lake marina where we launched our boat each day. It has plenty of parking for a truck and boat/trailer and other vehicles as well. The house is in good condition, with nice sized bedrooms and the bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. The bathrooms could use a little updating (shower stalls and sinks).
We wish the pantry and dishes were a little better stocked such as some oil, Tupperware, bags and foil.
It was nice to be able to do laundry at the house after a day on the lake.
The owner Tim was nice and easily able to get in contact with if any problems came up. The first day we arrived the power went out for just a little bit and Tim came right over to help us out.
Our group was a little lost without Wi-Fi, so we would probably look for the next Vrbo rental that had Wi-Fi availability.
Close to the Tamarack where you can grab a yummy huckleberry milkshake and Priest Lake memorabilia.
It was overall a wonderful stay! You can’t go wrong anywhere in Priest Lake!
Easy to find the property. Closed to our venue (P.L. Marina)

A Girls week-end plus wedding!
We arrived Friday found house clean, and decorated so cute. Lots of Moose, deer, bear pictures. Kitchen fully stocked. Big refrigerator since we brought food! Has 3 bedrooms with cute bedspreads. Linings and mattress were great. 2 bathrooms also decorated. Hardwood floor except for the living room. Furniture very comfortable. Only complaint was how small the TV was , having 5 people sit around watching the seattle seahawks game on Sunday. But!! we were able to watch game that's the plus and it was the only time TV was on! No internet at the house. While during our stay we were all very excited to see a deer and a black bear come walking by the property. The house had a great backyard deck that we enjoyed. We did not uses the BQ. Big nice dining room table, we enjoy sitting around. We were at Priest Lake for a wedding that week-end. It was at the P.L. marina so your house was a great location from there. We were able to walked there. Easy excess to the lock key box. We had no problems. Thank you Tim for a very nice week-end in your house. Terri
Our group if three adult couples came to visit my daughter working at nearby Elkins and we had a wonderful stay! Such a comfortable and clean home with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Awoke to a family of 4 white tailed deer this morning! Great location and so easy to get to all the places we wanted to be. Thank you again!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Nice cabin, convoluted renting process
The cabin is nice, well equipped kitchen nice towels, sheets, etc. Missing an iron and iron board.
The renting process is very convoluted. Besides you regular agreement with VRBO, one has to sign a lengthy lease contract with Evolve vacation rentals and as we get there there was yet another contract to sign from a realty company. This was our first rental w VRBO, these parallel contracts were an unwelcoming bureaucracy.
And then there is no internet!
