Studio mit Ess- und Wohnbereich Schrankbett 1,60 x 2,00 Meter (Bettzeug federfrei) im Studio. Separates Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett 90 x 200 und Einzelbett 100 x 200. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und Fön, im Wohnzimmer TV Flachbild Kabelfernsehen, Stereoanlage, Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr im Keller, Parkettboden, Sonnenterrasse mit großer Bank, Stühlen und Tisch angrenzender Rasenfläche, Wäschespinne.
