In the description of this property on Google and many other sites it indicates there was a pool. There is no pool. The room wasn’t great, we were right by an exit door and it was noisy. I went to use a towel in the bathroom and there was multiple hairs embedded into what was assumed to be a clean towel.

The outside was filled with trash. And the pool was not available, which was inconvenient because i got this hotel for the pool, the proce was nice, and the room was clean which is why i gave 4 stars, and they cant help if people litter outside, but they could do with cleaning it up too.

I am unable to climb stairs, the room we were booked in was considered a sweet. There is no elevator, we needed to take a pet room in order to accommodate us. Wasn't awful, just wasn't what I expected for the price.

Not super clean but not awful. About average for a cheap hotel, but the beds had the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on and I’ve stayed in some sketchy places. The breakfast was just bread, bagels, yogurt and limited cereal… it wasn’t great but at least it had breakfast

The entrance to the property needs work, pot holes, concrete, etc. as you enter from the street. Breakfast options consisted of carbohydrates and sugars. As a pre-diabetic I require protein. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. I would stay at this hotel again. It is in a convenient location.

We reserved a king bed but got queens. The asphalt entry into the parking lot is quite broken down. The tiles in the bathroom of our room were loose and moving ascwe walked on them. The room was pretty clean. The water from the showers and toilets running is so loud it woke us up. Luckily we had our own memory foam mattress topper, because the mattress was quite firm. The staff were very nice, especially considering they were serving us during Thanksgiving when I'm sure they'd rather have been with their families.

The staff was great to work with. Both friendly and professional. The property and room was satisfactory and on par for the price paid. The “breakfast” doesn’t include much of anything and would be better described as a snack, than a meal of any kind.

It was OK. Kim was awesome and the staff are accommodating… the bed was a bit hard, no hot breakfast offered and the room kept getting too hot or too cold… The lobby was lovely and visitor friendly and they are pet friendly there which was important for us… its OK

Moved rooms twice due to noisy neighbors. All 3 rooms had stained carpets and chairs. Shower had good pressure but it also had a high pitched noise for the endurance of the shower. Staff tried to be helpful moving us but each room had stained rugs and furniture.
