Stopped here for the pool and found so much more. Great communication on all shifts. All ladies involved were very accommodating. Place seems like a destination in itself to hang out with family and friends!

Large and easy to find in town. This hotel is popular with tradesmen and families, with a large free breakfast and an in house dinner restaurant. Maintenance isn’t perfect and checking is more cumbersome than other places, but I’d stay here again.

Old and no elevator, good place for single men
There is no elevator. The hotel was very old, with a leaking air vent and a water bucket in the hall. My room had a phone that didn't work and cable that was intermittent. I asked to move to the 1st floor but was denied. I was charged 3 times for 1 stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The pool is nice and the gym is fair with a Peloton bike.

Nice remodeled hotel
Nice convention-style hotel that has been remodeled and updated. Beds were good, carpet both in the hallways and rooms is new and looks nice, breakfast buffet was good. I will definitely stay here again on my way through on business.

Our owners met at the beginning of the month and the top two projects they discussed were possibly installing an elevator and installing a hot tub. The coffee pot is my big complaint. The place where you pour in the water was full of hard water. No one wants that floating around in their coffee!!!

Not great. Not terrible.
Nothing here was abysmal, but almost everything was sub-par. The beds were uncomfortable, there was very little room to walk around in the rooms, the grout for the tile in the shower had cracked and simply had caulk put over it, the caulk around the ceiling had stains and spots, all of the "corners" of everything was dirty, the TV was tiny, there were no cups, etc.. I could go on, but you get the idea. Overall, I wouldn't even mind that everything was sub-par if it were a cheap room, but I paid quite a lot for this room, and paying that much elsewhere has had me staying in MUCH nicer suites. The standouts were that the staff WAS helpful and friendly, and the pool/patio area were excellent. A very nice pool, a nice sitting area, a great big grill, a griddle, a pizza oven, etc.. Oh, one more nicety - essentially "right next to" the hotel are multiple places to eat, a convenience store, and a gas station. That makes the location, at least, super nice.

Mattresses were replaced. We are glad you enjoyed the pool and patio area. Hopefully you will consider staying with us again so we have another opportunity to change your opinion of the property.

We found a used bar of soap in the dish in the shower. …so what else was missed and not cleaned? It was not hard to see. Overall I just felt the whole place was a little icky. The tv in our room hadn’t been hooked up since ‘remodeling’ which was a little annoying. We were there on a very busy weekend and the whole place was booked. I felt they were very understaffed for this. Poor front desk guy (he was the only one there) just could not keep up. Lines were very long and you couldn’t even call to ask a simple question because he really didn’t have 5 seconds to pick up the phone, it was just ringing non stop. When traveling to Price I didn’t expect super nice and updated but for any hotel I expect clean. We paid $240 for one night here which I felt was far too high for what it was. The staff members we talked with were all very friendly but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Rob,I want to apologize on behalf of the hotel and it's staff. This is unacceptable and will be taken to the Housekeeping manager immediately to be addressed. We did have multiple Front Desk Agents working that evening but one wasn't at front desk, while the other agent was running supplies and other such things to guests rooms and also helping guests with their luggage. It does get a bit chaotic when the hotel is sold out, but we work very hard to provide each guest with an experience that exceeds their expectations. I'm sorry we fell short in meeting yours. Please give us another change to make up for this stay and come visit us again soon.

Undisclosed charges made after i left the hotel
Booked thru Hotels.com. Charged at booking for room taxes & fees. Told on check out at the hotel "all set" and receipt will be sent by e mail. Guess what. No e mail and my credit card charged just over £11 for what? I've used hotels.com for years across the world. Recent experiences highlight gaps in service. Hotel's tell me receipts will be mailed by Hotels.com. Nothing appears from them or the hotel. But undisclosed charges suddenly appear on credit card. Now time zones and hundreds of miles away i have contact the hotel to find out what the charge is. No way in future i'm leaving a hotel i've prviously paid for without a paper print out.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Just three things need to work on. 1. Beds were to hard 2. Smell of room and hall was not pleasant. We ended up gettng some air freshener for our room 3. Returant needs an update of look and menu. - having the guest cook their own stake is weird and not very safe or sanitary.

This property advertises a beautiful facility which maybe it is .. It is one I’ve the highest rates in Price.. However we chose the property over others for it amenities. After a seven hour drive we arrived only to find the place completely under renovation, the staff couldn’t find our reservation, the pool was closed off in disappointment to our two small children. All of this could have easily been noted on the property details before we booked a non refundable room that was significantly higher than other properties in the area .. This was a total trap

I apologize your experience at our hotel wasn't up to your expectations. Yes, we are currently under renovations it is hard for us to list that on the 3rd party websites, because whenever we have to submit a change it takes months to get approved and actually show up on the websites. We will be done with renovations by then. The pool was down but that was an unexpected mechanical issue that arose that day and was resolved the next morning. I hope you'll give us the opportunity to exceed your expectations once our renovations are complete.

The hotel itself was really pretty nice. The problem we had was that they are renovating and they put us between two rooms that were being worked on. So there was banging and noise until about 6pm, and then started again around 7am. NOT good when you have a terrible headache from traveling.

Very clean. Easy to get too off of Hwy 191. Breakfast ok. I always check the bed coverings (VERY GOOD protective mattress pad and tightly woven secured cover under that). I recommend staying there.
