"Fiz uma reserva para passar uma diária com meu marido e minha filha de 1 ano e 6 meses. No entanto, o quarto disponibilizado ficava no último andar da pousada, sendo necessário subir e descer mais de 50 degraus. Em nenhum momento, durante a reserva, fui informada sobre essa condição de acesso, o que tornou a estadia bastante difícil, especialmente por estarmos com uma criança pequena que ainda está começando a andar. O café da manhã muito bom, as meninas super cordiais, atenciosas, o rapaz que ficava encarregado da recepção a noite, um amor ! Super educado e prestativo. "

"we loved the location of de pousada but a part from that it was really bad - a lot of mold in the room and we stayed several days - not once the rooms were cleaned, breakfast was not as described (way less and way more basic, fruits were missing no juices etc.). after day 6 we asked if they could fill up the toilet paper and they just handed my friend a box to fill it up since they don't do it. very disappointed about the place a part from the great location."
