"The room is not the one we paid for. There is no air conditioning. The heater kept turning on even though it was 78 degrees. The sink was cracked. The toilet seat was not anchored down. Shower curtain does not cover the whole tub so the floor got wet. We were the only guests at the hotel and they didnt give us the lake front room that we paid for."

"The room and hotel was significantly cleaner and well maintained than I expected. Rooms had a lot of space in it, pool and hot tub was nice and the breakfast in the morning was well stocked and very helpful staff keeping it cleaned and filled. Very good experience would for sure stay here again!"

"The place was nice everything was good . But there was teenage boys running around the place yelling making noise . I called the front desk reported it but it didn’t stop . They were out till 1:30 am. I had to leave for work by 4:30 am got very little sleep. I work 12 hour shifts. Need my rest ."
