"We arrived and there is no reception There seemed to be some sort of event on so we walked around for five minutes until we were told you sit in a sofa and wait for the manager to check you in. Check in took approx 10 mins due to the manager dealing with some unhappy guests. Not hit fault but odd no reception for such a big place The room was small but lovely, there was no shower gel though so worth taking some. "The property was very nice with it being linked with the golf course. Sitting on the patio in an evening was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Only minor gripe was the price of a bottle of wine"

"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"

"Took my mum for her 50th birthday and we were both thoroughly impressed, amazing value for money. As I’m only just 18 this was my first time at a spa and I thought it was just perfect. We got dinner in our package which was just amazing quality, same goes for breakfast. The staff were amazing and the room and spa were beautiful. 100% recommend"
