"I booked a two-room unit through Expedia, but upon arrival, we discovered there were no two-room units available at all. Confused, we sought help at a busy pizza restaurant in front of the building, which appeared to function as the makeshift check-in desk. The manager reviewed a handwritten list of names and prices and said, “We weren’t expecting you,” then gave us a key to a much smaller, one-room unit. Attempts to contact the owner through Vrbo messaging (as instructed) went unanswered....
