"One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, the staff was very attentive, and recognized me and my family every time we came back from our daily adventures. "The reason only2 star: 1. check-in was a nightmare. After arrived on site was told needed to pick up keys at another location. Language issues made this totally unexceptable. 2. Bedroom has only a sheer curtains no privacy at all 3. Mattress was like a camping cot. 4. No shower curtain around tub. ..."
