Dias de reflexão no ibis portal do oeste

Foram dias tristes pq estava no luto pelo falecimento da minha mãe. Porém os rapazes que estão na portaria principal e que estacionam os carros foram muito prestativos e educados. Gentileza posso dizer que estáva ali naquele atendimento dos dias que fiquei no ibis portal do oeste. Nota dez pra eles.

Acho um absurdo um hotel não fornecer toalha de rosto. O frigo bar exalava mau cheiro, quando desligado deve ser deixado aberto pra não ocorrer isso. Manobrista moroso, demorou duas horas pra levar o carro pra garagem. O acesso aos quartos por funcionários precisa ser reavaliado, conforme reclamação feita na recepção ontem.

Perfeito!

Todos do atendimento eram bastante solícitos e cordiais, tanto da recepção, me ajudaram com a impressão de uma página para o meu trabalho, quanto os manobristas, que se ofereceram mais de uma vez para estacionar o carro e para carregar as malas. A pressão e a temperatura da água do chuveiro estavam ótimas. O café da manhã estava ótimo. A localização do hotel é ótima, nas proximidades de um dos shoppings de Presidente Prudente. O hotel estava corretamente classificadp como "café da manhã incluído" na plataforma vio.com, não paguei nenhuma taxa adicional. Foi excepicional.

Na recepção havia um jovem sozinho e muita gente para ele atender. Demorou muito para que mais uma pessoa viesse auxiliar e mesmo assim ficou nítido que seria necessário mais um auxiliar. O era bom, apesar de pequeno e com pouco espaço só lado da cama para acesso e saída.

Hotel muito bom

Adorei o hotel, viajei a trabalho, boa localização de frente praticamente com a rodoviária o shopping é bem perto da para ir a pé, a noite pode ser um pouco perigoso por conta dos moradores de rua ali próximo a rodoviária, como eu viajei sozinha fiquei um pouco insegura quanto a isso, mas é perto de vários restaurantes e bares, tem mercado dentro do shopping.

Podia ser melhor

Ao chegarmos 1 hora e meia após o horário de check-in, nosso quarto ainda não estava disponível. Nos acomodaram em outro até que a limpeza do nosso quarto terminasse, porém esqueceram de avisar e ai entramos mais tarde. O quarto não tinha sabão líquido porém nos ofereceram assim informamos. A internet estava lenta e não foi possível trabalhar usando a rede. O ar condicionado e a TV são bem velhos. O café da manhã é ótimo.
