"The Cottage off Whiskey" in historic downtown Prescott

  • Completely updated historic home built in 1906 in downtown Prescott, AZ. Great location right off of Whiskey Row. Two minute walk to everything downtown.

    Sleeps six people. Two bedroom/1 bathroom. Full kitchen. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Screaming fast WiFi. Covered parking. Heat and A/C.

    Master bedroom measures 12' by 11' and has a queen size bed.

    Guest bedroom measures 12' by 10' and has a queen size bed.

    Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress.

    Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave and sink.

    Dining area has a table for 4 and seating for 2 at the counter top.

    Newly remodeled yard with paver patios and grass yard.

    Great patio with plenty of seating and a fire pit.

    We have a Tesla car charger on site for you use free of charge. There's also an easily accessible NEMA 14–50 outlet on the driveway if you bring your own charger.

The property is a quaint old cottage in a historic, safe area of Prescott. It is itself a historic home. So with that said, be prepared for small doors, bugs wandering in, and air conditioning that was not originally built into the house-same for the walk-in shower. No dishwasher, 2 queen beds. Parking is easy and in the driveway. Dealing with the property manager was an absolute joy, and any problems we had during our 3 night stay were resolved immediately. The cottage is actually lovely with a really nice sitting area on the back carport. It is decorated nicely. And clean.

Christmas in Prescott

The cottage provided comfortable, cozy and warm place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing Christmas weekend. The location is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Prescott Courthouse, restaurants and stores. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and very clean. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed and easy to use TV.

Close to everything

My friend and I had a great time for a girls getaway weekend. It was less than a five minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was tidy and quiet, and the property had everything we needed. The linens were very comfortable, and having an AC/heater in each room helped us stay comfy in our own temps. I highly recommend, and definitely hope to stay here again next time we are in Prescott.

Perfect Cozy Prescott Location

Cottage and outdoor space were terrific. The location is fantastic given short walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops, nightlife etc. yet just a block or so off the evening crowd noise. Nice separation of 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bath and living space in between. It could get quite tight with more than 3 or 4 adults - worked great for our small group of gals. Highly recommend.

Cute Place in Great Location

Just the easiest trip ever. Clear instructions and "rules" arrived several days before the trip. I took my mother for Mother's Day Weekend and she just loved it. The two bedrooms both had comfy beds. Super cute patio, where we had our coffee (pods included in the rental!) and cinnamon rolls (not included, but that's ok!). Overall, highly recommended for folks wanting to stay close to Downtown Prescott.
