This newly renovated, 700 sqft 1920's home is loaded with charm and amenities. Situated in south downtown Prescott, you're just a short walk away from the heart of the city and Whiskey Row. Stroll across the street and enjoy live music and great beer at Prescott's most popular brewery.

This two bedroom, two bath has been fully renovated with a stylish, modern flair. New heating and AC installed last year. Each of the two bedrooms has a cozy queen bed, with the master bedroom boasting it's own spacious ensuite. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, cookware and spices. The backyard is fenced for your own privacy and pets. Sit under the pergola with your morning coffee and look out over the pristine garden, or bbq your favorite dinner on the patio.

Perfect location for walking downtown to enjoy our local shops, antique stores, farmer markets, and delicious restaurants. LazyG Brewhouse, the most popular brewery in Prescott, is just a minute walk across the street. Pet and kid friendly too! Just a short drive from the house, you'll find access to the countless hiking trails and over 300 miles of mountain biking trails. We stayed one night before heading out to hike Havasupai Falls and absolutely loved it! The place was super clean, cozy, and so cute. We honestly wish we had one more night to enjoy it. Highly recommend as a great base camp for your adventure!
