Private 5 Star Downtown & Rodeo Stylish Decor

  • This is a private 2 bdrm 1 bath house. It is stylishly decorated and freshly remodeled, fully furnished with 2 super comfortable queen beds and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook an amazing meal. The house is a 5 minute drive to Fry’s grocery store, Walmart, downtown Prescott, many biking and hiking trails, and lots of awesome restaurants. This property also has a stackable washer and dryer that is there for your use. We promise you will feel right at home!
    On this property there is a 1 bedroom guesthouse. It has its own entrance and parking spot.
    There is an additional backyard that is community to both units.
    You can absolutely rent both units together.
    Dogs are allowed. Please notify host. There is a $100 pet fee.
