During our anticipated child-free getaway @ Prescott Resort, located conveniently near Whiskey Row, we encountered a series of profound disappointments. Our room, which should have been a sanctuary of rest, was marred by a loud fan & a broken safe held together with tape. Despite reaching out for assistance, the staff's indifference, particularly Steve, was disheartening. The fire pit, one of our selected amenities, remained cold & inaccessible due to staff neglect. The second night, our hopes were dashed when the same security guard turned it off & dismissed us rudely. The hot tub's overwhelming chlorine burned our eyes, contrasting with the pool's murky state. Our experiences were further soured by a broken vending machine that ate our change & the resort's lack of essential provisions like toilet paper and coffee, leading us to retrieve them from the front desk after a six-hour wait. The physical state of the resort, with its broken tiles, stained carpets, & missing elevator panels, underscored the pervasive neglect. While the stunning views & the resort's proximity to local attractions were promising, the neglectful service and poor maintenance overshadowed these potential highlights. Despite the beautiful natural surroundings, the resort's failure to meet basic hospitality standards significantly marred our stay, rendering it a place I cannot recommend. The overwhelming issues made our stay at Prescott Resort a series of disappointments. Hopefully, they correct this soon
