The property was so spacious for a big family. Had a lot of fun things to do in the home and around the property for younger kids. The decks were comfortable and had beautiful views. We would definitely stay in this home again.

What a beautiful home!!!

This house is clean and comfortable! My family and I were very thrilled with the accommodations. We loved the location ~ close to town and yet off the beaten path. It is very family friendly, and the owners were extremely accommodating! The little hiking paths outback were beautiful and provided entertainment for the children. We plan to visit this home again in the not too distant future!!

Beautiful and clean home

This house is big and plenty of room for everyone. It was very inviting and comfortable, made you feel at home. In December it was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Nancy made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend this house. Look forward to returning and exploring more of the area.

Most beautiful house with top of the world views

Luella House is beautiful. Super clean, beautiful up to date furnishings and the views from all rooms of the house are breathtaking. The kitchen has every item you could need. Nancy was so easy to work with and anticipated our every need. I would most definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prescott. Thank you Nancy for a fabulous stay.

Moms getaway weekend!

Nancy was absolutely fantastic! Making sure we were ready for our trip and reaching out to make sure we got into the house okay on check in day. The house was BEAUTIFUL!!! Inside and out!!! Thank you so much for the memories!!!

Best of the best!

What a fabulous place! It was perfect for our family. There was plenty of everything, from bed and bath linens to paper products to kitchen supplies like spices and refrigerated condiments! I’m used to Florida condos that make you throw away everything you’ve bought for the kitchen when you leave! The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating! We hope to rent this place again when the COVID-19 wedding delay is rescheduled!

We loved this house and will definitely be back!

The pictures really don’t capture the true beauty of this house. It is much larger in person and the deck has amazing picturesque views. We absolutely loved this house! Nancy was amazing and was extremely easy to communicate with. The house is immaculate and Nancy definitely works hard to keep it that way. Every little detail was perfect! Location was great and you’re close to everything. You’re also not far at all from downtown and Whiskey Row. The house literally sits at the top of the mountain. There’s a cool little trail that starts on the side of the house and takes you down the side of the mountain which was fun for the kids. We miss it already and will be back soon!!!

4th of July Stay

This house and pros and cons. The house was clean and stocked well. It also had a good set up for our two large, families. The location was nice and the view was gorgeous. Our main problem was that the A/C wasn't working properly and it was an extremely hot weekend. On our last day the house temp reached 87. We were very hot and uncomfortable and our contact said they couldn't get anyone out to assist until after we left. We ended up buying fans and staying out of the house as much as possible. No refund was offered to us and we paid a very hefty price to stay here 4th of July weekend. There were also a lot of other issues/broken items. The basketball hoop was broken. The air hockey table was broken. The grill didn't work properly. We couldn't get the WiFi to work downstairs. The kids couldn't play on the deck a lot of the time because there were hornets everywhere. I think there was a hornets next below the deck. We made the best of it, but these things should be fixed. It would make for a much more enjoyable stay.

Spacious, nice, clean home despite a few bugs BUT NO AC on the first day.

This home is lovely and the property manager was very kind and helpful in light of an unexpected, disappointing surprise upon arrival. The AC had been set to 87 and would not lower to an acceptable range and it was a very hot day. We had to turn off the AC for the whole unit to defrost so we were without ac upstairs for the first day of our stay. The management company responded to my need quickly but it still took 24 hours before we were comfortable. Other than that, it was a nice stay. There were a few things already broken in the home upon arrival but I notified the manager asap and he said it was from the previous renter from 4th of July weekend. All in all, I couldn't give it a 5 star but I'd give it a 3/5 for spaciousness and cleanliness. The AC issue was a big deal and I felt like I should have been refunded something for the inconvenience, but in the end, I try not to be a complainer. Had it been my family vacation, I would have been terribly disappointed as it would not have been easy to relax with how warm it was.

Needs some TLC

My family and I enjoyed our trip up to Prescott from Phx for my son’s baseball tournament. The house however upon arrival had some items that need some fixing. All minor things but should be fixed especially for the price of the stay. The door handle to the garage fell off when we first walked through the door There was old bags of trash left in the garage When we went to use the dishwasher the bottom was clearly broken and needs replacing The kitchen did not have any normal bowls for cereal or soup. The tiny tv in the primary bedroom did not work The large pan in the kitchen handle is broken and needs replacing. The toaster as well is broken (levers to operate broke off)The bar stool in the kitchen need to be replaced I hope after our stay these items will be fixedFor the price of the stay it wasn’t up to parThe bathrooms were clean and nicely updated.I hope the owners and management company will do the right thing and fix all these problems

Perfect space for our family. The property lovely as were the amenities.A minor maintenance issue with the dishwashers rotating sprayer arm being broken made the dishwasher unusable.Other than that, our stay was lovely.

Review for Luella Lane

We had a pleasant stay at Luella Lane, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by an issue with the air conditioning. The AC in the rooms was out for the entire duration of our visit, making it uncomfortable to spend time indoors. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful. The property is charming, and we enjoyed the amenities and the overall ambiance. If the AC issue is resolved, it would be an ideal place to stay.

Family Reunion

We had the best stay joining all of our relatives in the hometown of our mother and were so grateful for this large and spacious home we could make a home away from home! Fit 3 families incredibly comfortably and we loved having 4 bathrooms! Kitchen was well appointed and quite well stocked for a rental home.

Family time

This place was full of enough room for all the fun. Kids ran around, phat patio balcony, plenty of room for 7 of us. The only down side was poor internet, no TV in living room area, off oder especially in MB, and some spiders througout the house. The veiws and small trails on the property were awesome. Very relaxing.
