Downtown Cottage 3 bdrm 2 bath Newly remodeled

The Downtown Cottage is a newly remodeled modern/cottage style house. It is a quaint house tucked away in the pine trees just 2 minutes from beautiful downtown Prescott. It is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy an amazing get away. There is a King bed in the master, a queen bed in guest room#1, and 2 twin beds in guest room #2. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook many meals. You are within minutes from tons of hiking and biking trails, restaurants, and shopping.
I do allow pets, as long as you pay the $100 pet fee.

Lovely place, close to downtown

The home is super cute, the master bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked. We stayed for a month, and it was a great location in a very quiet neighborhood, while being very close to town. Prescott has lots of lovely restaurants and shops, but is also an easy drive to bigger cities such as Phoenix, Flagstaff and Sedona. And of course the Grand Canyon is a must. Really enjoyed our stay at this home.

Very beautiful house. Loved being able to sit out front and enjoy nature. House was very comfortable for four people. Kitchen was equipped enough to make a quick meal. Loved you were close to downtown. All in all it was a great stay and hope to go back soon.

Prescott Weekend

My family really enjoyed our stay in Prescott this past weekend. The home was cozy, warm, and well-maintained. The location was ideal from a walking or quick drive perspective. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Had a weekend stay at this lovely property close to downtown Prescott with family and friends. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, two nice sized bathrooms and a plus for people with pets, a fully fenced yard. Highly recommend

What are you doing much enjoyed our stay in this place was perfectly nestled into the woods. Really liked it. The neighbors were finally quiet. And great access to downtown Prescott. I highly recommend this place. Very clean. Very nice place.

This is the perfect place for a small family to stay. It was walking distance to downtown (about 1 mile), and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.

Family time in Prescott

This property was perfect for our group of 4 sisters and our dad, age 94. He had the primary suite to himself on one side of the house, and we could eat and watch tv together in the middle. Everything was clean and comfy.

Great little house!

There were 5 of us and we stayed 2 nights. Even though there wasn't a kitchen table the island worked out just fine. The grill was pretty gross and didn't have any propane but the oven worked just fine! We'll definitely recommend this place!

Great Little House

The house was great! It's a small but well-stocked and clean house. It has a wonderful fenced-in front yard that reminds me of being a cabin. Checking in was done via the app, and the instructions were simple. Overall great little place.

Cute with a great yard

My family of 4 and 2 dogs stayed here for a few nights. The yard is completely fenced and features lots of natural pine trees and big boulders. The dogs loved running around. There are several sitting areas to just hang out outside. The house was very cute and 3 bedrooms worked great for us. Only suggestions would be to get mew, softer towels. Loved it and would stay again!

Family Christmas Visit

Our family of 5 adults plus one dog enjoyed our Christmas visit. We choose for the close proximity to downtown Prescott. The home was warm clean and comfortable. Although the floors were very creaky. And the driveway could be difficult to navigate and park. The owner was very resonisive on our internet issue with a quick fix. Thank you!

Awesome Accommodation in Prescott, AZ

The property has a great set up for families with separate sleeping quarters and communal kitchen / living area. Close enough to walk into Prescott but far enough away not to be in the centre of town. Very peaceful and would definitely recommend / use again when we return.
