"The staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing and helpful. I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight. The hotel was already closed and only had night check in, the members of the staff were having dinner outside and they took the time to walk me to my room. To my delight, Mr. Bende and the Chef noticed I was tired and probably hungry, they took the time to prepare me food, which BTW was delicious. "Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. Be forewarned: there is NO AC in these rooms, and no fans, so if you are staying in the summer, it can get pretty miserable. You can open the windows, but no airflow really gets in. The door to my room also could not be locked. just lightly pushing on the door was enough to open it, even when the lock was on.
