The hotel was nice once we got in, the parking lot was quite a mess with all the melting and mud. Rooms were nice and comfortable. No complaints The lounge and restaurant seemed to be under staffed, things took a while to get to our table. Once received, all was delicious.

We were given a room that wasn't made up which isn't a big deal, it happens. The front desk upgraded our room to a suite for the inconvenience which was nice.
