"It was very clean, neat slopes, and restaurants. The accommodations are small with low ceilings and poor lighting. There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. The morning check in person was extremely unpleasant and seemed perturbed by foreign guests often frowning and scowling on sight. She even struggled or pretended to struggle with getting a taxi which shouldn’t be an uncommon request at a hotel. She...

"This apartment was absolutely stunning. I was slightly concerned ahead of time as was advised that quite a significant deposit would be taken, but this turned out not to be an issue. The apartment itself was comfortable & cosy, perfect for our family of 5. The additional facilities in the block were much enjoyed by the kids. Thoughtful touches made our stay superb - we will definitely be back"

"This is a beautifully decorated old chalet apartment with good size bedrooms and living space. The Sauna and hot tub are also fantastic to help relax at the end of the day, although to get to the hot tub you have to go out of the main door located next to the road, so not totally private, The kitchen is well equipped and also has raclette machines and a hot stone for a typical Haute Savoie style meal.
