Room was dingy. Two microwaves in there!?? Refrigerator didn’t work. Person at the desk said we should turn the knob to On! Thing is - there were NO knobs!!

Heater in our room sounded like a freight train while running. The room connected to ours through the double doors was rented out at 11pm. It literally sounded like they opened our door and were moving in. Needless to say, My family didn’t get much sleep on our one night stay.

It was stated that there was a hot breakfast, there was no breakfast. The door was coming off the hinges in the bathroom, there was weird noises coming from the walls (not next door) that woke me several times during the night , the heat /ac was old and very loud when it went on so that woke me up. I was planning on leaving at 7am I left at 5:30am I will never book there again . I would have been very angry if I paid full price for that pit .

Not at all what I expected
The stay started poorly, they didn’t have the type of room I reserved then wanted to charge me extra for a room with a smaller bed. Then room appeared dirty and run down. There was a huge gap around the door Someone tried to open my door during the night and when I called the office, the owner said, “ oh no, there’s no one there.” I’m glad I knew it was an older lady because I looked out the peep hole. Will not return anytime soon!

The bedding did not appear fresh and clean. The bathroom light/fan was extremely noisy. Hot and cold faucets were reversed? Hot on cold side. Cold water from hot. Minimal breakfast supplied. Coffee, cereal. Some fruit

The room was very clean with wood floors and looked newly remodeled. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was a very no frills stay. No pool or gym or full breakfast but if you don't need that it is a good buy.

Well my room had NO FIRE DETECTOR likr it was ripped out... cheaply made desk... the ac unit shounded like the fan was hitting something every time it turned on.. kept on hearing a popping noise.. like ice falling. Next morning the manager at the desk did not care about what happened. Called hotels.com to complain.. was told nothingbthey can do. ..oh did i mention they charged me 2 times but i got that fixed with in 5 min....

Pro: There was a new lady that had a little problem checking us in but she was pleasant and got the job done. The room was as requested. Clean and ready. The room was extremely well lighted. The second evening I requested a second chair so we could watch some tv before going to bed and the same lady was able to find one. The cleaning staff was fast and through. Con: Most properties have a small folder with location of the ice machine, a list of property times and what you can expect for breakfast if provided, a channel list for the TV, a list for local restaurants or food delivery places, and maybe a small list of local places of interest that a person may want to see while they are there. This place did not have that. The breakfast was not very filling nor pleasing. You could walk across to McDonald's for better. The bathroom door would not close correctly. There was only one chair in the room for two people. The bathroom sink is mounted rather high off the floor. The beds are also quite high and hard to get into and out of.
