"Being from the US we didn’t know how to get to and from the train stations. We walked a very long way around the first time. The second we took a taxi. The third time a taxi driver told us we could connect to the hotel from the train station with a very short walk and go through the tunnel. Would have been nice to know from the staff. "Although my son and I booked a twin room we found when we arrived there was only doubles. After 30 minutes frantically trying to sort out a twin the reception staff managed to get us one. I think they moved two twin beds from single rooms into a double room and took the double bed out. The staff were lovely and the hotel is very nice although a bit expensive. We visited when 200,000 Scotland Supporters were in Munich so the Hotel was extremely busy."
