"Beautiful hotel. I suggest to open the waiting/ bar at 2 PM instead of 4 PM. We arrived early and we had to wait until 3 PM. We couldn't get a drink or even a soda. Room was not ready until 4 PM. So the refreshment at the bar would help. But, hotel is very nice and made up for the earlier discomfort."

"Only a 1 night stay on the drive to Porto, this hotel was very modern and renovated and it had an elevator. The front desk girl was very friendly and accommodating, she drove with me to show me where to park my car ( parking included). Nice breakfast and they offered a free Port Tasting in the lobby. Overall a great value and nice surprise."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Nice staff, parking available, swimming pool works. What was quite annoying was noisy AC, which we had to turn off at night. Hotel staff tried to do something about it, but finally it was still noisy. Otherwise a very good hotel."
